使用方法
1. 浸漬工藝：
HOLPOSON? Aquasoft 1 ～ 2 ％（對織物重）
溫 度 30 ～ 40 ℃
時(shí) 間 15 ～ 20min

軋液率 70 ％

1.HOLPOSON? Aquasoft 使纖維接枝上親水基團(tuán)，賦予棉纖維優(yōu)異的柔軟的手感及親水性能；
2.使棉及滌棉混紡織物具有良好的吸濕性，賦予混紡織織物優(yōu)異的吸濕排汗性能；
3.使棉及滌棉混紡織物具有柔軟、親水，減少織物的擦傷、折痕、雞抓印；
4.賦予纖維蓬松的特性，使起絨、起毛產(chǎn)品更豐滿
5.產(chǎn)品冷水化料，均勻攪拌后使用方便
6.配伍性好，可與我司其他產(chǎn)品復(fù)配高濃產(chǎn)品。
注意事項(xiàng)
1.一般來說陽離子柔軟劑、氨基硅油柔軟劑、氟類、蠟類防水劑、陽離子固色劑、陽離子抗靜電劑等容易影響吸水性。
2.對于熒光增白或極淺顏色，建議使用蘋果酸或者檸檬酸浸軋。
3.請事前通過試驗(yàn)確認(rèn)HOLPOSON? Aquasoft 對各種牢度的影響。
4.化料時(shí)用冷水或溫水（約 30- 40℃），可保證產(chǎn)品良好的加工穩(wěn)定性和持久效果。
5本品對織物色光影響較小。
6冬天溫度變冷粘度適當(dāng)增加，不影響使用。
貯 存
HOLPOSON? Aquasoft 包裝：120KG 塑料桶，貯存期為 12 個(gè)月。 室內(nèi)存放，避免高溫、嚴(yán)寒。

HOLPOSON? Aquasoft can be used for the moisture absorption and quick drying of cotton and its blends. The fabric treated with this product has excellent hand feeling and gives cellulose fiber and blended fabrics excellent hydrophilic, moisture absorption and sweat release properties. The HOLPOSON? Aquasoft gives natural fibers and their blends excellent moisture absorption properties and can make plush fabrics soft and fluffy.
Usage
1. Impregnation process:
HOLPOSON? Aquasoft: 1-2% (o.w.f.)
Temperature: 30-40 ℃
Duration: 15-20min
2. Padding process:
HOLPOSON? Aquasoft: 15-30g/L
Liquid retention rate: 70%
Padding → drying (110 ℃× 1-3 minutes) → heat setting (150-170 ℃× 1-2 minutes)
Characteristics
1. The HOLPOSON? Aquasoft makes the fiber grafted with hydrophilic groups, giving the cotton fiber excellent soft hand feel and hydrophilic performance;
2. Makes the cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabric have good moisture absorption, and endows the blended fabric with excellent moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance;
3. Makes the cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabric soft and hydrophilic, reducing scratch, crease on the fabric;
4. Gives the fiber fluffiness;
5. It can be dissolved with cold water and is convenient to use after being stirred evenly.

1. Generally speaking, cationic softener, amino silicone oil softener, fluorine/wax waterproof agent, cationic fixing agent and cationic antistatic agent are easy to affect water absorbency.
